During the yeas 2000 and 2001 we developed
5 complete air supplying systems for
the treatment of pig wastes. As well
as the delivery of the equipment, Prosimed
fabricated the air tube system to the
biological reactor and the bridges. Prosimed
realized the assembly of all the machinery. |

In this purification plant, Prosimed
designed and fabricated the support for
the tubes in the galleries. As it is
shown in the picture, the support system
has a very simple assembly, increasing
the final quality of the installation. |

Prosimed realized the fabrication and
assembly of the 4 biological reactors,
including the air tubes from output blowers
to the biological grids. |

EDAR Dublin (Ireland) |

During the year 2001 we developed the
air supplying grids for the its plant
in Dublin (Ireland). Having more than
107,000 membrane diffusers, this is one
of the largest plants in the world. The
purification machinery is located close
to the see, and due to the lack of room,
the reactors are placed in two different
floors. There are 12 tanks in each one.
The plant was designed making use of a new process in which the decantation
is produced in the biological reactor. The process is called SBR,
and ITT Industries Sanitaire Europe is Europe wide reference in this
matter. There is not a plant using this technology in Spain, although
new purification machines will require this process. |

As ell as the provision, most of our
clients wish that Prosimed realizes the
assembly because of our expertise and
quality. Obviously, we also perform the
initiation of the system after the mounting. |

Prosimed has designed and provided
the supports for the service gallery
of this purification plant on March 2004.
Besides, in this case, we realized the
mounting of the supports. |

In these two plants, Prosimed has fabricated
the grids with thick bubble diffusers
from Sanitaire. The assembly of the grids
has bees done by our technicians. |
