Compact plants

COMPACT WPP in Salamanca, equipped with dosing pumps for polyelectrolyte and flocculant agents, flocculation coil, additive tanks provided with dosing pumps and agitators, lamellar decanter equipped with claridied water collector in AISI type 316L stainless steel, open sand filters, floating valve with buoy to control water level, sand backwashing circuit and filtered water recovery, automatic solenoid valves, and sludge collection. This WPP has been transported as a whole, and has been placed permanently on concrete poles. When assembled on a SPECIAL TRAILER, it becomes a MOBILE PLANT.

This reverse osmosis WPP is a complete plant. It is equipped with filters and disinfection, interconnected membranes, high pressure pump, TDS meter, pH meter, water column meters, ion exchange filter (cation or anion exchange resins), and activated carbon filter.

Concrete slabs with nozzles

Used in sand filters. Several sand layers are placed on a concrete false floor provided with nozzles.

Nozzles are equipped with grilles which retain sand or resins allowing only water through them, diverting water to the bottom of the filters or to other equipment provided with granular beds (sand, demineralization resins, activated carbon, etc.).

Decanter by means of flocculation

Decanter by means of flocculation: the floccule traps and thickens suspended matter. As particles join together, they are heavier and precipitate to the bottom.

After flocculation stage, next stage takes place in a decanter.
