Biological Treatment and Ultrafiltration (MBR)
Membrane bioreactors with high mechanical strength that operate at high biomass concentrations (MLSS). They remove the biodegradable organic load and deliver an ultrafiltrated permeate, free of solids, suitable for direct reuse in production lines or cooling circuits.
Advanced Clarification by Flotation (DAF Systems)
Dissolved Air Flotation units designed for the mass separation of fines, mineral content, inks, and particulate COD using microbubbles of air and physicochemical optimization (coagulation/flocculation).
Mechanical Sludge Treatment
Automated dewatering systems (filter presses, centrifuges, or screw presses) to optimize the dryness of primary and biological fibrous sludge, reducing transportation and external disposal costs.
